Additional Information about the Series 63
About The Series 63 The Series 63 is the State Law license. It covers the contents of the Uniform Securities Act.
45 states require you have the Series 63 in order to sell in those states. The states that do not require the 63 (as of August 2019), are Colorodo, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, and Ohio, along with the Territories.
If you have, or want, securities clients in a state that requires the Series 63, even if your home state doesn't require it, you will be required to have the 63 to have that client in the other state. Even if your state doesn't require the Series 63, it is something you may want to consider. You don't want to have to get this annoying license, years after you get the rest of your licenses, as it will be harder then, and will cost you more as your time is more valuable then.

In addition to the webinars; Members also have access to a full list of Posts. Some of them are available for sampling at that link. In addition, there are Animations, again some are available for sampling at that link.
